Shipping Timescales

Our normal office opening hours are Monday to Friday, 08.00am to 7.00pm. All orders are processed within these published hours with the exception of Bank Holidays. Our cut off time for orders is 11.30am each working day.

Orders received over the weekend from Thursday will be processed on a Monday. Orders received on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

Items from the wholesale website can not be picked up!

All items are sent recorded first class royal mail or parcel force or by fastway couriers so require a signature

VAT At 17.05% is added at the end of the sale also.

Some times orders have to be a little longer if not in stock at that time, but normally the order is with the customer within 7 working days.

we would notify you if item is out of stock and how long it may take, to give you chance to get money back and try else where.

Questions & Answers.

Q, Why is you postage so high, when it wouldn't cost that to post the item.

A, The answer to that is that we try and make sure that all of our customers' get the item, and that it doesn't get lost in the postal system, so we send all items first class recorded delivery, so please make sure some one is in to take the goods and sign for them.

Q, What happens if I place an order and it is out of stock?.

A, We contact any one who has placed an order with us and the item is out of stock within 24 hours, and inform them of this and give them the option of getting all money back or waiting for the item to be back in stock.
